Hello! My name is Elisa Knopf and I am a mother and professional doula. Following the planned home birth of my son in 2011, I have dedicated my passion for health and wellness to the birth community. The name of my business is "About You" Doula Services and I offer prenatal and postpartum yoga, nutrition counseling, and lactation support. As your doula, I will provide you with the physical and emotional support you need during, before and after your miraculous journey.
