I grew up in Los Angeles and relocated to Humboldt in 2008. My family and I have fallen in love with the community and I am excited to be supporting and encouraging mothers and families in anticipation of their new baby! 

 

My passion is to nurture expectant and birthing mothers, to partner with families, and to help make sense of the vast amount of information available.

 

I am a trained birth and postpartum doula with a wide range of experiences, including the births of my own three children.

 

My belief is that each birth is unique and very personal. I look forward to hearing your story, your desires and how I can partner with you during this adventure.
