I'm a wife, mother, homeschooler, knitter and Doula.

 

I believe that it is essential to surround ourselves with friends of various ages and experiences.  They provied us with the support, perspective and wisdom that we all need throughout our lives. This is the reason I decided to become a doula. 

 

I will walk side by side with you, your partner and family to encourage, educate and talk about any concerns you have during this amazing journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

 

Birth is a beautiful, natural, sacred event. Our bodies were created to grow and nurture babies. I understand though, that there are times when medical intervention is necessary. I believe that being informed and making educated decisions is the key to having a positive birth experience.
