The transition to becoming a parent is such a huge shift. I absolutely love supporting families throughout all of the changes and stages of bringing a new life into this world.  Each experience is unique and amazing. Each birth is special and precious. I am here to give support and encouragement to you throughout your entire process. I am knowledgeable and continue to research and educate myself constantly. I have studied nutrition, comfort measures during labor, breastfeeding, infant massage, postpartum mood disorders, and placenta medicine, in addition to my doula training.

My goal is to help support families and to provide resources to help educate them, so that they can feel confident in their choices. Informed, empowered decisions are crucial for parents to fully integrate their birth experience. I will support you and your family.

I am a reiki practitioner. Reiki is a healing energy which is non-denominational. Reiki can help to balance your chakras, and heal on many levels such as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Reiki flows where it is needed and causes no harm. Reiki is available to you, if you wish. I am able to respond to my clients' individual needs.
